Frederick Duguay, President
Fred has extensive experience in business development, technology, and law. Prior to Bond-Pro, Fred served as Managing Director of Angel Group Capital & Consulting, LLC, a regional venture capital firm. Previously, Fred was General Counsel of CommerceQuest, Inc., a leading software integration and middleware consulting company. Fred also served as CEO and co-founded Advanced Technology Partners, an MIT start-up, where he led the company’s rounds of financing and its subsequent successful sale in 1998. Fred has also held senior level financial, legal, and management roles at KAO Info Systems, Stream International, and Corporate Software & Technology. Fred holds a B.S. in Economics and Finance from Salem State University, a Juris Doctor in Law from the University of Massachusetts, and he attended Massachusetts Institute of Technology Graduate Program in Information Management Technology. He has published articles and participated in numerous speaking events regarding intellectual property management and technology.
Michael Dropkin, Chief Customer & Delivery Officer
Over the last 30 years, Michael has experience in executive leadership, multi vendor team management and consulting in all aspects of the Insurance Industry. His focus has been providing value in Strategy, Delivery, Program Management, Stakeholder Management, Business/Technology Alignment, Package and Custom Development as well as Strategic Business Transformation. Prior to joining Bond-Pro Michael held senior positions at companies including Capgemini and Accenture. He is responsible to drive and deliver complex, multi-phase, multi-million dollar go-to-market, policy, claims, eCommerce, Surety, strategic transformation and team management services at Global 100 companies in the P&C Insurance industry.
Chris LeBlanc, Chief Product Officer
Chris brings over 20 years of advanced technology and data analytics experience in the Financial, Insurance and Telecom industries, leading organizations through the changing technology landscape, expansion of intellectual property, adoption of new technology and enabling business growth. Chris has led the vision, development and full commercialization of several mobile and online decision management, consumer acquisition and underwriting platforms, designed for customization. Before joining Bond Pro, Chris served as Chief Information Officer at Blackthorn Advisory Group and CLVerify, LLC. In addition, he spent 10 years at Liberty Mutual Insurance leading strategic initiatives in partnership with Electronic Data Systems (EDS) in re-engineering enterprise wide business processes and technology for WC and P&C insurance lines. Chris also held several roles including GM/Vice President of Development at Lightbridge, a technology company providing online risk, credit and electronic payment gateway services. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), a Master in Business Administration and a certificate in Information Technology Management.
Michael Guberman, Chief Technology Officer
Michael brings 25+ years in Engineering and Executive leadership. As a strategy-driven Leader with a strong and consistent track record of success in helping companies to achieve their goals, he understands the importance of results, possess deep experience in overseeing the definition, architecture, and implementation of world-class software systems. Prior to joining Bond-Pro he was a Director of Engineering at BlackLine a SaaS Fintech provider with thousands of clients and hundreds of thousands of users, he also held many leadership positions with companies like Lynda.com, Demand Media and Intermix.
Victor Dragon, Chief Solutions Architect
Vic has more than 20 years of executive and product leadership experience in growth stage organizations operating in highly regulated industries. The majority of this experience has been within organizations fueled by technology and software innovations. Prior to Bond-Pro, Vic was most recently Chief of Staff and EVP of Product and Program Development at Health Integrated, an innovative care management firm providing services to millions of health plan members throughout the United States. He has held a number of CEO or President roles including: Key West Aloe (cosmetics, drugs and manufacturing), SnapDragon Medical (secure healthcare messaging), Wound Care Innovations (medical devices), and Medeway (physician practice management and electronic medical records). He has operated as partner, founder, and turnaround executive to preserve and grow value in a wide range of industries. Vic holds Bachelor’s of Arts degrees in both Economics and International Affairs from Lafayette College.
Jeffrey York, Executive Vice-President of Business Development
Jeff has over 25 years of experience in both Surety and the Information Technology fields, holds several certifications, and has been a key contributor to the success of several organizations. He was first exposed to Surety as an intern creating a commercial bonding system for a local insurance agency. After graduating from Florida State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems, Jeff became IT Manager at FARO Technologies. He was was original team member and served for nearly 7 years as Chief Technology Officer of e-SURETY™. Jeff shifted career paths becoming a early team member at Aplicor, publishers of cloud-based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Accounting software where he served in various Business Development, Applications Engineering, and Consulting leadership roles. Jeff then founded, Cirrus6, delivering CRM related cloud & mobile applications. He joined Bond-Pro in 2013 providing technology leadership before assuming the role of Business Development executive.
Christina Laethem, Director of Customer Delivery & Support
Christina has over 15 years of Information Technology experience in Insurance, IT Managed Services, and HR Applications. She establishes relationships with end-users which has led to successful projects because she can understand their concerns, coordinate resources, manage stakeholders, and document any specifications. Christina has lead cross-functional teams in both the US and India. Christina holds a Masters in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s of Business in Management Information Systems.
Daniel Gomez, Director of Quality Assurance
Daniel brings over 15 years of Quality Assurance experience in the Financial, WorkForce Management, and Broadcasting industries. He has worked as a QA Manager, Business Owner, Stakeholder, and QA Automation lead for several fortune 500 companies including Marriot, Fanatics and Kronos. Daniel has created and designed several Automation Frameworks and integration services. He has extensive experience in leading teams in the US, Latin America, and India. Daniel is a strong advocate for establishing processes using Agile methodologies. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Business degree in Accounting and a minor in Computer Sciences. Several certifications including Microsoft Certified Professional, and MCSE Business Applications.
