Bond-Pro, the leading provider of Surety and Specialty Insurance software products and services, announced that Michael Dropkin has joined Bond-Pro as its Chief Customer and Delivery Officer. He will report directly to Bond-Pro CEO, Frederick Duguay, and be a member of the company’s executive committee. Michael has over 30 years of experience in all aspects of insurance technology leadership and consulting. He has extensive knowledge in the field and brings many strengths to Bond-Pro, including strategic planning, implementation methodologies, building a customer focused culture, and managing both internal and external enterprise systems engagements. Most recently, Michael was Senior Director at Capgemini, a leading insurance system integrator, where he managed complex, multi-phase, multi-million dollar go-to-market, policy, claims, eCommerce, strategic transformation, and team management services. He also served as a trusted advisor to the executive leadership. Prior to that, Michael held key positions at Accenture, Insysware, Adeptiv Solutions, and SunGard Insurance.
